In July 2025, Sunwell Tools officially started the construction of its subsidiary ThaiSun Tools' plant in Rayong Industrial Park, Thailand, with a total investment of approximately 20 million US dollars and a total factory area of 8,180 square meters. Relying on regional logistics advantages and advanced manufacturing capabilities, it further improves the global production layout. The new plant introduces advanced automated equipment from Germany, Japan and the United States, adopts high-strength international standard steel and high-precision processing technology, and is supported by a technical team with over 20 years of experience to ensure products are sturdy, durable and stable in performance. Meanwhile, the plant will invest a fixed portion of profits in R&D and innovation every year, continuously introducing equipment and talents to enhance product competitiveness and user experience. The plant is only 45 kilometers away from Thailand's largest port, with direct access to highways nearby, enabling efficient and convenient logistics and transportation. It is equipped with 6 roller shutter doors, 5 fire doors and professional loading and unloading platforms, with complete hardware facilities, which can meet the needs of large-scale production and global distribution, laying a solid foundation for expanding the Southeast Asian and global markets.
